Population Growth, Suburban Sprawl and Traffic Issues need to be addressed NOW.

There are many issues facing District 25 and the State of Texas.
Jack's approach will be to include all residents, regardless of political party, and to maintain constant communication, access and transparency. Sometimes, a person, young or old, comes-up with an innovative idea that will create collaborations between private and public sectors to address an issue.
Clearly, Government Cannot Solve Problems Alone.
The State Budget will likely have an eight billion dollar shortfall.
The challenge is to develop a budget that meets all our needs without putting too much into one item. Jack knows that there is a greater need than the State's Budget can address.
Jack will bring people together to make the HEART of Texas and the State of Texas the best place to live, work and play.
